Barefoot Beggar Caught Wearing Shoes Shortly After Asking Money From Passers-by in UK

Honesty they say is the best policy and seriously Hardwork pays.
Some people resort to begging due many reasons ranging from financial incapability and so on while some make it as their professional Job.

According to report by "dailymail"

This barefoot beggar has been exposed as a fraud after a photographer caught him wearing shoes shortly before taking them off and asking for money from passers-by.

The man was seen stepping down an alleyway with a female sidekick before going out into the open in Glasgow city centre to beg with no shoes on.
Police in Glasgow have been trying to crack down on barefoot beggars and have warned shoppers to be wary of the scam.

They usually operate in pairs - one, usually male, begging barefoot while a companion, often a young woman, holds his shoes.
Roma are among the most excluded and vulnerable people in Europe - victims of institutionalised prejudice and economic discrimination - but only a few resort to ‘professional’ begging.

Despite being caught on camera just 20 minutes earlier, this beggar was then seen strolling down nearby Buchanan Street with the same woman and a few others with his hood up.
Alan Porte, the chief inspector in charge of Glasgow's city centre policing, warned the public just a few weeks ago to be wary of the scam.
He said: ‘Particularly at this time of year, people may consider giving money to a person apparently having no shoes.
‘I would say that this is very likely to be a scam, and people might rather consider giving a donation to a registered charity where they can be sure it is going to a worthy cause.’
