 The says that "beggar has no choice" is not applicable to the beggar anymore is only applicable to the giver now. The Technology has improved nowadays that you don't have to tell beggars that you don't have change.

Beggars are now following the "cashless Lagos Rule" and
am sure with that you can give them money via POS(Point of Sale) no amount is too small for as low as N500 you can perform your Operation.
