IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NOUN GRADUANDS

Students eligible to convoke on 18th January, 2014 are directed to note as follows:

 Academic gowns for use by graduates of First degree programmes can be collected from their designated Study Centres on presentation of the documents as listed below:-

 i) evidence of payment of a fee of N10,000.00 for the use of Academic gown payable at Skye Bank  Account No.1770364597.
 ii) duly completed clearance form.
 iii)    evidence of payment of alumni fees (N5,000.00) payable at Skye Bank  Account No.1770364597.
 iv)    evidence of payment for Regularisation of Admission fee.

 Graduands in Postgraduate programmes are to collect academic gowns from the Headquarters(14/16 Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos). The same documents are required for the collection of hoods by Unndergraduates at the Headquarters.

All Academic gowns and ancillaries must be returned to the Headquarters not later than Monday, 20 January, 2014 from 9:00a.m. Failure to return the gowns on the prescribed date shall attract a fine of N1, 000.00 per day. Note that the sum of seven thousand (N7, 000.00) Naira would be refunded on the return of the gowns in good condition.

Please note that the gowns and hoods would be ready for collection at the designated locations from Monday 13th, January 2014.
